It was a Saturday morning and I hear my neighbor in distress. I go outside and find out there is sewage backing up into her driveway. After an initial Plumber showed up and then a referral to Ali at Drain Help we find out her main line needs to be replaced. I come into this because unfortunately her main line runs under my house. The great people at Drain Help begin almost immediately, have excavated under my house and replaced her sewer line within three days, including Sunday. During the excavation, I noticed that my equally 80+ year-old pipes are exposed and a good time to replace. They did an amazing job replacing everything cast-iron under my house with new pipes. Called DrainHelp.com on a Saturday around 6:30 p.m. because my kitchen sink was completely clogged. I'd already spent about six hours trying to fix it myself and finally gave up. Within about an hour and a half, Ali showed up, did a quick inspection, and explained exactly what was going on. He said he'd come back in the morning with the right parts to finish the job, which was totally fine since it was already late.
Next morning, Dennis came out right on time and got straight to work. He re-did some of the piping under my sink, snaked the line, and did a super thorough cleanout. The guy really knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure everything was set up right.
Turns out my pipes were full of gunk and needed a heavy-duty flush, so Ali came back with the "big dog" machine to blast everything clean. Between the two of them, they knocked it out perfectly--professional, friendly, and made sure the job was completely done before leaving.
Now my sink drains perfectly and the kitchen's back to normal. I really appreciate how honest and responsive they were--no upselling, no nonsense, just solid work.
